This elegant, compact Shabbat Travel Kit is very small, but has everything you might need for celebrating Shabbat when you are away from home!
About the size of a cell phone, this kit measures 4x3x1 inches, small enough to easily fit in your pocket or purse.
Included inside the case are the following: 2 tea-light candles, a decorative box of matches, a Kiddush cup, a small vial of besamim, a small bottle for 2 ml of wine (a tiny taste!), a set of hand-twisted Havdalah candles and 2 laminated cards that have the blessings for Shabbat and Havdalah.
The Havdalah candles are imported from Hungary and made from pure beeswax. They are dripless and will burn for about 30 minutes.
This Shabbat kit would make a great hostess gift, a gift for a friend or relative's birthday, or any other milestone holiday. This would be a treasured gift for a student going off to college. It would also make a great B'nai Mitzvah gift! But you might just want to keep one for yourself!
